Orders & shipping
How long will my order take?
Every item is printed to order. Production takes 2–5 business days, then standard delivery takes about 3–5 business days in the US and about 6–14 business days to Canada and Australia.
How much is shipping?
US orders of $49 or more ship free — it's applied automatically at checkout. Under $49, US shipping starts at $4.95 for a t-shirt and $8.79 for a hoodie or sweatshirt, with a lower price for each extra item. The exact cost is shown at checkout. See the Shipping Policy for all rates.
Which countries do you ship to?
We ship to the United States, Canada and Australia.
How do I track my order?
Use the tracking link in your shipping email, or sign in to your account. See Track Your Order.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Only before printing starts, usually within a few hours of ordering. Contact us right away with your order number.
Products & sizing
Which styles can I choose?
Most designs come as a Unisex T-shirt, Premium Shirt, Crewneck Sweatshirt or Pullover Hoodie, in many colors and sizes S to 4XL. Pick your style, color and size on the product page.
How does the Unisex T-shirt fit?
It's a classic regular fit — order your usual size. For a looser look, size up one. Exact measurements are in the size guide on each product page.
How are the designs printed?
Designs are printed directly onto the garment, so the print is soft and part of the fabric instead of a thick layer on top.
How do I wash my shirt?
Turn it inside out, wash cold with similar colors, and hang dry or tumble dry low. Don't iron directly on the print. See Garment Care.
Returns & support
What is your return policy?
You can return eligible items within 90 days of delivery. Damaged, misprinted or wrong items are replaced or refunded for free. Details: Return & Refund Policy.
Which payment methods do you accept?
The payment methods available to you, such as major cards and digital wallets, are shown at checkout. Payments are processed securely; we never see or store your full card number.
